We offer returns and exchanges on all full price items within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. we offer no returns or exchanges on sale items.
Returned products must be in their original condition with all tags and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return, and your refund will be minus the cost of original shipping, if you ordered with free shipping the original shipping fee will be deducted from your return.
If any imperfection or missing items is discovered upon receipt of the bag, please contact support here within the first 14-days for an exchange.
Please note:
- Returns or exchanges must be sent back to violetmae.co at the buyer’s cost. We will provide the shipping address when the return/exchange is approved. A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges
- Violetmae.co do not refund the original shipping cost of the order, or the cost to the buyer to return the order to Violetmae.co, If your received free shipping when you ordered the cost of this will be deducted from your return.
- If exchanging a product, Violetmae.co will issue the buyer with a store credit to the value of the order/product/s, minus shipping costs, to place a new order for the desired product
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item/s must be unused, and in the exact condition that you received it/them. Tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned
